The Xbox is constantly recording everything you do on the console. Snap to game dvr and hit stop recording. It will provide a choice of time increments, up to 5 minutes. Select however much time you need to catch what you wanted, then edit the game clip in Upload Studio. If you want to post the clip on YouTube you will need to save the edited clip to OneDrive, formerly SkyDrive, then download to your pc. Upload it to YouTube from there.
