late to the party - raid group xb1
So yeah, I know most of you probably already have regular raid groups or moved on to greener pastures... But! If not I would like to join or start a weekly group for the raid (s) and nightfalls. I am tired of mercenary work on destinylfg. I run a level 29 titan with raid weapons and experienced in everything but the hard raid. Thanks and feel free to add me just let me know who you are first.
Some people here seem to have a regular raid group, but others (like me) do not, so feel free to send me a friend request. I'm always looking to do Nightfalls and the Raid if I'm available.
I'm out of town for the week, but I'm in the same boat as these two.
When I get back, I'm going to be diving big-time into Dragon Age, but I'll jump into Destiny if sent an invite for raid/nightfall/weeklys.
Ditto to the above. Lvl 29 Warlock but have no regular raid group. Just about always up for the raid or the Nightfall.
I was randomly invited to raid one night, but I'm up for doing it if you see me on and it's not too late at night. GT: Ders (zero)ne if you'd like to add me.
I have 3 characters at 26+ now. So if you see me on, send an invite. Odds are at least one of them still needs to do the raid. Even if I dont need it, I might do it just because its fun.
I do have a regular raid group, but if you see me online msg me and tell me you're from here. We usually hit nightfall and weekly on Tuesday nights and raid on Thursday. If I'm not helping someone else, I'll run through weekly, nightfall, or the raid with you. I have 29 warlock and titan. I have a 17 hunter too, that I hope to have ranked up by DLC.
Same.. I usually run with IMMA GIRL and company but my schedule is more erratic.
I run as a 29 Worlock with maxed out raid weapons.
I usually run the left piller, right side of Templar and can do anything with Aethoen but I'm best as an oracle buster.
If I'm on, shoot me an invite.
I am always up for running some raids as I have not done many at all.

I would be interested in running the Raid with my titan tonight. If we can get a group organized early enough.
I should be on about 7:00 tonight until around 10:00 Central.

GMan sorry I ignored you last night when you sent that first invite. I thought you were on Venus with me and we're sending out invites since you weren't on my friends list but couldn't find you there either. It wasn't until you said you were 2o2p that I went and looked and saw you had sent a friend's request. For some reason some people get stuck as a follower and I have to manually ok them to be a friend when some people just pop in as a friend. Your in now and good to go!
Sorry if you missed the raid. When you don't have a regular group and are just sending out messages and invites - it's usually first come, first served.
I'll probably be trying the VoG tonight - gonna wait until folks figure out Crota...lol

Well, I don't have any raid gear, so the more the merrier. Would really like to get either a level 20 fusion rifle that does void damage, can make quick work on those praetorians or exotic helmet.
I did the daily on level 30 yesterday...wow..if one of the enemies touch you..you are dead. All the weekly and daily will have level 30 option.
My warlock will be 28 or 29 immediately after I get a legendary or exotic helm. I was stupid and joined that new monarch group...so I'm Vanguard level 4 but can't can't use that currency with new monarch...oh, the mistakes I've made..lol
Sweet..ill have to check out later..did the first two Eris quest missions. Not exactly easy but doable.
Yeah. Suddenly the gear from Vault of Glass is useless. I see almost no point in grinding for it now.
The highest VoG gear can take you is 30. The new Vanguard/Faction gear will get you to 31 with all four pieces becuase they have 33 Light per piece for a total of 132 Light. This is just enough to reach Level 31.
To get 32, you'll need 4 pieces of gear from the new Crota's End raid or 3 pieces of this raid gear and a new exotic or pre-expansion exotic that has been upgraded by Xur (for more Light). The new Raid gear has 36 Light per piece.
In short:
Level 30 requires 120 Light
Level 31 requires 131 Light
Level 32 requires 142 Light
Clear as mud?
I dont know what to think about this new update. Ive put more time into this game then just about any I can think of and the idea of starting that grind all over again just pisses me off.
