What tracks are these C class Hondas targeting? (so I know what boards to hit when I get on again)
I have an Aygo I ran (still ranked 742) that if I ran it again i know I would drop .5 - 1.0 off my time (I ran in Novemeber well before I really started understanding Hockenheim) Its only ranked 1500 or so in full LBs. Fun little car.
The NSX... is that the R GT or just the regular one? I have both tunes in A class. For what its worth, I found the 1992 NSX better than the 2005 by a little margin and I ended up focusing my tune on that, but the regualr one I have was decent until I moved to the 92.

@ psybertech The grip tuned honda is for laguna, Sedona Club, Catalunya etc.. The speed tune is for indy (murph has it at #48 but said much more in it) I have top 100 times on all Sedona tracks, Sunset full, and Indy.. I am not the fastest driver so it should put down some good times for quicker drivers.. Once the leader board has been wiped most of those times will jump but then they will be hit by hotplappers in civics i am guessing..
@ Rocket.. As psybertech mentioned it would be good to list the track or type of tracks for tunes

I have a few S2000 tunes for all to test in the club garage--one from Sarcasmo and one from psyber. F1SH0 also has a B500. This is the reward car for the recent Monkey Among Giants Rivals.
Hopefully we can capitalize a little on the over 1,850 downloads of the MX-5 tune for that event. We need help with that S2000 tune--it needs to be finalized in a day or two!
Like I thought, the tunes in my SF has been hate rated. Since the SF is now rated the #1 Tuner on the LB by a huge margin primarily because of the Monkey Rivals tune by F1SH0. The other WWII tunes have much fewer downloads, are all down about 1/2 a star from last night.
That same tune has propelled Me Monkey 8 Me to #5 on the Tuner LB eventhough he really only has our tune and one other tune in his SF!
yeh i was suprised the rating stayed so high for the MX5 with all the downloads..
i will run both of the B Class S2000's shortly and let you know how it goes..

I had about 20 minutes to play before the Rangers game last nite and ran the grip tuned Civic. Only ran 3 or 4 laps tops on two tracks but even without trying, it pulled good times and is capable of better for sure.

so after a few weeks of dissapearing i finally decided to hook up the xbox and get the update just to have the the servers go down for maintance....go ifigure!
anyways ive had a B500 S2000 sitting in my garage built but not tuned yet ill see what i can do.
Ive been waiting for this update so i can build an alfa gta that i can post times with.....d class build should be good not as fast as the elan but with some tweaking it should be close and a good lobby alternative! ran 4 laps @ hockinheim nat and was running low 1.45s consistent still needs some tweaking and a better driver my skills have gone to shit lol.
Also have a C class vw mk2 and a crx that kiwi has been posting some good times with....its no civic but a competitive sleeper with great top end speed i head something else i was working on a few weeks ago but cant remember lol.
I believe the mk2 and crx are already in the garage ill post the gta when ready.

I got permission from mm8m to run a "side comp" in his thread. I'm "giving" away (1000 Fredits on AH) C425 MX-5 with PaiNkiLLer's Jagermeister paint to those that used our B500 tune, but failed to beat Monkey as a "thanx" to those that won't be getting the TMNT S2000.
Did anyone else run psyber and/or Sarcasmo's S2000 tunes in the club garage? F1SH0 ran them, and I need to get feedback.
Kurupt: The more, the merrier. We gotta get one done in the next day or two before the S2000's gets sent out. I think it best that the tune is released at about the same time the reward car goes out. Which should be in the next couple of days at most.
Jones: I had a C-class Dart that I knew was glitched from CHIMP that I used for Rivals and Fredit mining a couple of months back that got boosted all the way to A! Also a C425 Elan tune from ECT that increased by 6 PI points.

Yeah, these are never gonna be LB cars. I went for a balanced tune weighted a little to the grippy side...PBs at several tracks but nothing to crow about. I'll run F1's tune tonight.
I was going to re-run the AWD Rival mode again since I understand the track better and know the time can be dropped.
But this time I wanted to try a non-Aygo. Well, after a few quick runs and no tuning, I have beat my time by .5 but it was dirty and I had to get back to work. BUT... I will finalize the tune and set my time in a... wait for it....................a PINTO! hehe :) Stupid car is funny! Once I have that set if Zombie wants to run it, I will gift it out.

What's the big need for an s2000 tune? Did I miss something? It's a decent car but nothing special. What class? Is like to help but iam back to work for the next 4 days.
I drove fishos 99 civic grip tune...great tune m8 by the way I beat my pb @ hock. Nat paint looks great as well....may I suggest raising the rear chamber .1-.2? I found the outside tires were running 10-20 degrees hotter causing a tad of lost grip coming out of the corners....but that's just with my bad driving and just on the one track lol

I just sent the Pinto tune to Zombie. I still didn't get a clean 10.9 but it has it more in it. I did shave .2 off my Aygo time clean so .3 - .5 more is my goal for the tune. If/when I update it I will sync to the garage and re-send to Zombie.
Just out of curiosity, what were the spring changes?
Just -3.0 on the front. It exhibited a little of what I would describe as "severe wheel understeer" when turn-in entry speed is slightly too high.
It's almost digital in nature--if the entry speed is correct, the turn-in works perfectly well. If it's too fast, it simply goes from tracking to severe understeer even with more steering input. It's like once it determines the speed is to fast for the wheel angle, turning the wheel more simply brings on more understeer instead of slowing the vehicle down. At that point, applying throttle causes more understeer--wierd. It's hard to describe and only happens with certain tunes and cars.
From what I can tell, this doesn't happen with the gamepads with speed sensitve steering. And only happens on >270 degree wheels supposedly. Anyway, it's easy enough to correct by dropping front springs just a little. In one case on a DB5 with front but no rear aero, I had to go to a narrower width tire on the fronts. This basically made it so that the car will drift a little if I applied throttle, which is a lot better and correctable than more severe ploughing and eventually grass mowing if a mistake is made on turn-in entry speed.
Good to know... but what spring settings? bump? rebound? or actual springs? If it is spring settings, I can't see how a mere 3.0 would do much but damping, yeah, I can see that.
Sorry, I just want to know so I can see if adjusting my tunes with that in mind makes much of a difference to me and if doesn't, then I will just go lower on whatever whenever possible to make it better for wheel and controller users alike.
I am about to jump on and do something. Not sure what I want to do when I get on but I will find something to monkey with. :)

I ran Psyber's B-Class S2000 last night and I like it, good accel and top end and enough grip to hold most tracks. Should do well on nearly any track in the game
Looks like the leaderboard wipe is continuing, I think they have got through a lot of the open time attack rivals events, and by my reckoning D2NR should now definitely be in the overall top 10 in the club rankings.
Someone went through the club garage and indiscriminately deleted a bunch of my shared cars. We should probably specify what a good round number of cars one person should share to the garage, or at least give the owner a chance to choose what cars they would delete. I deleted all of my shared cars...because there is no number more round than the number zero.
