I don't have another machine to run as the rfactor server, but I can give it a shot. I would hate to have this series die because I do love my BTCC cars/tracks.
Any info you can pass along for setting up so I can host will be greatly appreciated. I don't know how long I can have the server up and running before the race, but as I said, I am willing to give it a shot to keep it alive.
I may be able to host off my rig. I'll probably have to work w/ Knight to make sure we've got an alternate admin in case I'm unable to attend the race.
I'd like for Kurupt to finish out this season, he put so much time and effort into it, so if the majority of those in the points hunt can make the time he can, that is the best option for this season.
Next season we must get together, the regulars, and see what the best option may be. Happy enough to be Co Admin if we do use your server Chris :)
Okay if anyone is still monitering this...Been talking to Kurupt and it looks like maybe we cand do somthing between 8 and 10pm on a weeknight. But I need to know if there is interest, the Teamspeak bill needs paying again and there is not much point if there are no races.
There is a surver up at the moment, someone has got another driver interested and he has but up a server, I don't know why this is happening without any info going up here...but it seems all we have to do is arrange a date and time to meet and we can finish up the season.

I was a little bit worried when I read you had hosting problems and wanted to offer to help, but couldn't reply as my account hadn't been activated. I setup your mod on our f1gprfactor server, but I didn't know what driver aid settings you use. The servers up 24/7, so you can test it out.

I'm hoping to join you using the SEAT Leon, and trundle around the back. I haven't raced properly in about 10 months, and this will hopefully be my first time racing a front wheel drive.

Just been running a bunch of laps with Chris on the server. Ah it's good to be back in a car I can compete in. I have reknewed the team speak server so we're good to go.
Yep, that was good fun. I spent a few corners "testing" the limits of what I could get away with in the BMW.....resulting in several 360s & Knight being forced into evasive manuvers.
I'm definitely faster in RWD car though. Had some great scraps when I went and jumped in the Cruze.
I won't be able to make a friday afternoon race (my time). I don't understand why you Europeans can't race in the middle of the bloody night so us in North America can race with you.
You'll also lose Boza if he decides to return....iam still cycling in to my shift for another 2 weeks which include working fri afternoons. For all means start it back up whenever you guys are ready to go ill drop in when I can. As the wife takes the kids to work wed and thurs I have suspicion fri are gonna become a family get shit done day but ill do my best!
Went for friday 'caus you said friday...But if another day suits better speak up mate. Never so sorry man, gonna miss seeing you in my mirror He he. But like I would love to run more GBR stuff we just have to live with the sodding timezone thing. We just went with this time because it was supposed to suit Kurupt and as it is the finish up to his series I wanted him there to the end. Once this one has done I see no reason why we cant fit one in around you on a Saturday, no reason not to get two series on the go at some point.
Not trying to make it difficult lol I said fri as it's one of my days off and I was hoping more could join due to weekend following so some won't have to wake up early or work.....having 2 little ones makes any time really difficult to commit to anything these days until there in school.....if I was to pick an optimal time to play with no kids in house at all it would be 10am my time tues and thurs but that would me it 5pm euro which I doubt many if any can partake :(
dont get me wrong I want the series to continue I just want it to be worth while for everyone envolvedwhat a why I mentioned seeing if anyone can pick up the duties in my absence so guys can continue to race :)

i will stil be racing , but my wheel is broke and waiting for parts to come from thailand for my G27
as soon as my wheel is up and running i will be racing again and always follow this forum when we are racing .

Fridays are the only day that time may work for me.....even then it'll be hit and miss. I'll be at work M-Th during that timeframe.

hello guys i have to tell you that my steering wheel in broken due to an Encoder problem .
i will recieve they Encoder in 2 weeks time for my G27 to fix it , i hope then to be able to race again !

Yeah man I get you, I could do 5pm Thursday but not many could, your right. Well we will soldier on and cross our fingers you can make a few :)
