im wanting to make a grifball game where the damn ball explodes when a person holds on to it for too long of a time, that way people will have to pass instead of just getting the ball and charging the goal.

I am fairly sure the Grifball association would like that too. I've read comments from runnokyardrun that have led me to believe it is not going to happen.

ok, but do we actually have the tools to do this in forge?

Not that I am aware of.

I think I was off target a bit. I meant the Grifball leagues are unable to have the Ball explode on goal. These types of things are usually controlled by the gametype and not Forge.

In my opinion, it is not and will not be possible in Halo 4.

I am not an official forge person, but I believe the Griftball is a skull or at least what they use in oddball and to my knowledge you cannot make it explode. I have no idea if you can make a person explode for having too much time with it or not.

Since we don't have an actual bomb to play Grifball and Assault anymore, we are stuck with these lame Oddballs. I do miss the round-ending explosions...67

There are exploding Oddball variations. "The Ball Went BOOM!". But, you are right about missing the Grifball explosions, the blue light flare just isn't reward enough.
