Thanks! I'm hoping to get on tonight and work on it a bit more. Might not have all the accurate small sponsors, but I think I have a few of the big ones like Firestone, and and maybe Energizer. I'll probably put together a Polaroid one if I don't have one already. If this turns out, might actually have a nice saleable design. :)
Did a little more last night, not sure where to take this from here. I'd like to get a Firestone logo, and a couple others I think. (I have 15 Bridgestone / Goodyear / Potenza / Michellin and Pirelli logos.. no Firestone..)
Yeah, I like Race Liveries quite a bit. I've spent a lot of time on just the Energizer and Polaroid vynils... The lowercase e was a little problematic to get it to look right, but I think it turned out OK. I started a new one on the Team Oreca #99 Chevrolet car for ALMS... Looks pretty cool, but there's a TON of weird angles on that thing... Wow. I just need some of the other sponsors, and I thin I'll be in good shape.
So, I decided to give painting a go as I did'nt feel I was spending quite enough time on Forza already!! Now I understand Snappy's comment about it being somewhat addictive!!
Anyway, here are my first two attempts (the first one having had a little bit of tidying up by Oldschool- thanks ). Would be interested in any feedback (positive or negative) that anyone would like to share:

Spent four hours last night recreating all of the logos I had on the GT3 RSR to replace the locked ones I had on it before. Gave up trying to recreate Mr Michelin though!

great work sofar. Starts to itch to work on a livery aswell. Just need to get some logos done first. So it doesnt take a month to complete a car

Great looking desogns, I have the base paint on the first still, I might try a sister car.
Nice work swhite. I really like the GT3 RSR. Carefull though, that painting bug will bite you.
