While this idea first popped into my head many years ago during a presidential election, I wanted to discuss voting and the fairness of results if voting is done by casting one single vote with more than 2 choices. ;; I believe that the single vote method is singularly unfair and unreliable when there are at least three choices if you are attempting to find the overall most acceptable choice rather than just the choice with the most first place votes.

There are definately ebbs and flows to life.  Nothing seems to stay consistent, even if consistency is a stated objective.  Ironically, labelling consistency as a goal can actually lead to a constantly changing sense of sameness if you dont make life happen yourself.  Weird.

My life has been in a state of flux for over a year.  One big reason has been my work situation.  Ive had several jobs, made career moves, and lived in 2 cities.  I now work in an environment different than what I expected over a year ago, and for less money than I was making then.

What the hell makes it a Belgian Waffle anyway? I never did get that. At the State Fair of Texas, they sell these things for like, a small business loan (they sound cheap because they do the "ticket system" - you know, this waffle thing is like 12 tickets. Oh, thats not bad, right? Well, each ticket is fifty cents... You do the math) but all they really consist of are giant Eggos w/ sugar and fruit. Sure, they are good - but are they good enough for that price?

This morning, im driving to work and I get that feeling... you know the one, that feeling where you suddenly have a lot of gas building up. ;; You know its there and its going to have to end up elsewhere. ;; So, you have a brief second of pre-visualization where you look forward to the good feeling of release; the joy of relieving the pressure. ;; Then, you let it go... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......

Thats right - Im now befuddled.  I used to just be fuddled.

When I first joined, I just calmly joined the site then one single clan.  Happy times - I only kept up with that one clan.

Now what do I attempt to keep up with on this site?  Oh shit - hang on to your seat...

How the hell...?

I am a geek. ;; Yes, its true - as much as I may want to deny it by looking good (debateable), I am a geek. ;; Todays proof? ;; I have a giant Yoda head on my desk at work. ;; OK, its not like a life-size replica (side note: would life size be giant since Yoda is so small?) head - its actually a PEZ dispenser. ;; But, it is big. ;; A normal PEZ dispenser spits out individual PEZ candies (what the hell are those made of anyway? ;; Chalk and childrens vitamins?) - this one? ;; It spits out an entire "roll" of PEZ candies. ;; And, the dispensing process is accompanied by Star Wars music.

Its a great way to network, I suppose, where you can keep people involved in your life. ;; Yes, sometimes I miss emails accidentally and so with MySpace, I can actually keep track of those friends Ive been ignoring because Ive been busy or whatever.
