When I entered the Halo 3 caption contest here on 2old2play last month I thought there was no way in hell that I would win.  I mean, sure, I guess I thought there was SOME chance, or else I wouldn't have bothered to enter, but I pretty much just sent in my entry and then forgot about the contest.  No need to get my hopes up in the face on long odds.

It was seven years ago today that I followed through on the smartest decision I have ever made.  I stood in front of a very small group of friends and family and exchanged wedding vows with the love of my life.  Leia and I have been through a lot together since that day, and there is still nobody else on earth that I would rather have by my side.  There is hardly a day that goes by that I don't reflect on just how lucky I am to have found someone that understands me so well, and loves me in spite of it.

Last weekend I had the priveledge of trying out a relatively new “extreme” activity that is making its debut in the United States. It’s called “Zorb” and prior to just a few weeks ago you would probably have to travel overseas to experience it. (Ten of the tweleve Zorb locations are in the Eastern Hemisphere.) So, what the heck is “Zorb” anyway?

One of my favorite things about 2old2play is the good-natured forum “fights” that you can get into with your friends.  I’m not talking about when folks get nasty over some serious political or religious issue, I’m referring to a good old fashioned “yo mama” type throwdown which can be initiated at any time and for any reason (perhaps for no reason at all).  A game of “dozens” if you are familiar with that term.  Insulting posts fly back and forth with increasingly graphic, profane, and savage imagery until one contender is forced to retire and the victor claims ultimate p
