It's been a while since I posted.  This week has been busier than hell and I'm going to Vegas tomorrow for my birthday.  The downside is that while I get tomorrow off, I have to work ntil 8-9pm tonight to cover an ill co-worker's post.  At least it's a long day BUILDING ROCKETS!!!

So while I'm in Chcago, she'll be here packing her shit while hanging out with the boy. It was his choice, so I'm not weighing in with my opinion. He leaves the following week to have a week with his biological mom and I am not looking forward to the tears. Dammit.

So the weekend after Chi-Lan I'll be loading a moving van and getting on with my life. And I hate it. And I hate the fact that I hate it and have a tough time with just getting it over with.

Dammit.  NOW I'm getting the "Why didn't you talk to me like this when there was a chance?" crap.  Damn woman seriously wrote me a three page email after crying all over the phone for an hour.  I just told her I wasn't going to beat a dead horse, and would not engage her in debate or confrontation.  She made the choice to leave us, wouldn't say if it was forever, so I said go.  I'm giving the boy and I some closure.  I gave her two weeks to get her stuff.  Four weeks ago.  She said waitwaitwait and she'd get her shit together to come out and move.  I want to be rid of the white sofa and get

I finally got a chance to sit and actually check some of the usual spots on 2old2play today.  I look to the blog bar at the top and find myself having a realization.  There are THREE women who have blogs up at the same time.  This may not be unusual for a female oriented site, but for a gaming site, I do believe it is a first.  If not first, it is definitely a rarity.

I made it back, it took us 6 hours because two separate sets of asshats decided to drive home hammered and crashed up their rides.
