The wifey has dibs on the tube for the big awards. I usually don't mind, but I just got Crackdown (emphasis on Crack) and I have to leave in the morning. I know it's the husbandly thing to do, but I'm missing out. And my HellBillys have a match tonite and we're short two people, counting me!

I guess I'll have to take the 360 with me this time. Can't be sitting in the hotel room jonesing for my next hit of the Crack.

Got a message from my guy at SpaceX as I got off the plane from Portland.  He was in Hawaii after taking what he called a "two day plane ride" from Micronesia and preparing to take another ride back here to LA.  He said he got my email and shot it out to his boss who is the money-guy and that he (my guy) would be calling me today.  Needless to say, I'm not straying far from my cell phone.  I guess I'll have to stay here and play my new copy of CRACKDOWN!!!!  w00t!!!

Got a message from my guy at SpaceX as I got off the plane from Portland.  He was in Hawaii after taking what he called a "two day plane ride" from Micronesia and preparing to take another ride back here to LA.  He said he got my email and shot it out to his boss who is the money-guy and that he (my guy) would be calling me today.  Needless to say, I'm not straying far from my cell phone.  I guess I'll have to stay here and play my new copy of CRACKDOWN!!!!  w00t!!!

I hadn't heard from my guy over at Space X, so I shot him an email after thinking about it.  He's on Kwajalein Atoll in the middle of the Pacific prepping for the second launch.  He jumped out of his butt when he realized that he hadn't forwarded my resume and asked that I send him another copy so he could get some "people together on a deal to make it worth my while."  Worth my while?  Duuuuude, that sounds AWESOME!!

Sitting in Portland in a hotel with high speed intarweb access. Colder than a well digger's ass, but I know that if I turn that damn heater on, it'll be an oven in here in 15 minutes. It has flourescent bulbs that whine. At least the bed is comfy and doesn't scare me into wearing level 4 MOPP gear.

I'm flying up here during the week for the next couple of weeks, with the eventual move looming. If I don't take the Space X job. I still haven't heard a dollar amount out of those guys, so we'll see what happens. I'm leaning towards the excitement and possibility of the new job.

Here's one I need feedback on:
