     I put the help wanted signs out on the fence Friday morning. The circus is coming to town. I could already hear the faint sound of caliope music as I walked back into the store. By the end of the day we had 3 clowns and a bearded lady (it was more of a 5 oclock shadow to be honest). The parade will continue for the next 2 months as we prepare for spring.Everyone comes marching in for applications, idiots, slackers, losers, 32 year old men who live with their parents. Rampant alcoholics reeking of booze, folks rancid with BO who don't even know what a shower looks like.

I love cooking, I'm pretty good at it too. I'm always eager to try new things.The problem is finding new unusual ingredients. The wife and I found a new grocery store today, called Eurofresh Market. It beats the Middle Eastern/Polish place on 95th and Harlem that sells whole goat and sheeps heads. This place was huge and had everything!

It beats the Middle Eastern/Polish place on 95th and Harlem that sells whole goat and sheeps heads. This place was huge and had everything!

We got the house I was talking about in the last post. Moved and are settling in nicely. Work beat the hell out of me for 6 weeks or so. The week we moved, I still got in my 20 hours of overtime (I work in a garden center) but is slowing down now. I put a 625 square foot garden in the back yard. 8 tomatoes, 11 peppers, 3 cucumber hills, 1 zuchinni, 1 acorn squash, 2 rhubarb. Next project is the herb garden by the back door. and flower pots for the patio.  Bought a riding lawnmower from Sears, it broke the first time I tried to mow the lawn.
