Okay, two questions about hte very end of Transformers. slight spoilers.

The guy and the girl eventually get together. So the VERY last shot of the movie, they are making out on top of the car (Bumblebee). Remember: it's not a car, it's an alien, it's a person. I mean they take pains to show that the Transformers have feeings. Anyway. They make out on top of the car. On top of their friend... while the other transformers WATCH!!! I mean how sick is THAT?

okay... grr... just found out we can't fly to see my folks, have to drive. That means we lose 2 days off a 7 day trip. Lovely: My parents never see thier most adorable grandchild, and now they see her less.  Trying to remain rational and kind about this but SERIOUSLY??? A passport for a toddler when 5 years ago I didn't need one??  Ever try to get a toddler to look striaght into a camera? they jsut won't do it!  Mommy needs a drink. Luckily Daddy reads my blogs from work... maybe he will bring me a nice bottle of wine? whatcha think ?

Decisions Decisions!  Seriously though, I love my date nights. We order in dinner (cause we are classy) have a bottle of wine (or two) and just talk. At least that's all I'm going to tell you perverts!

Okay: I posted this stuff on the GTA thread, but bear with me.  It's about Rated M games. To me, there is such a huge range of what is considered "M" that the term almost becomes meaningless.

Case in point: GTA on the "YES, very mature" scale all the way to Penny Arcade. I played the PA  Demo only... but the reason (as far as I can see) that the game is rated M ist he heavy use of foul language. But even then, it's used humorously...

Gaming is fun, I truly love it, but I have a daughter, a husband that I love, and want to spend time with them. Then there is a pile of dirty laundry that I should spend time with, and, oh yeah, soon I am going back to work and I will be in a job I must spend time with.
