Xbox Recommendations

So I went to the LAN and spent most of the time on an Xbox playing CODWaW.  I ended up buying one and the two COD games plus Fable 2.  I don't like Fable 2, it's too slow and it'll be hitting the gamestop trade in sometime soon, however I'm looking for recommendations from you more experienced gamers on games that may be worth getting.  I like games where I can blow stuff up, blood, carnage, mass destruction is what I'm into.  Is Gears of War worth getting?

Atomic Prank

I usually watch TV for a bit while I fall asleep and for some reason I stopped on MTV. I really don't watch MTV all that much anymore, but for some reason I stopped flipping and there were two kids talking. Turns out this was a new show called "Pranked" and I guess it'll be on weekly. Since my tastes run a bit more raunchy I found the clips very amusing, I even laughed out loud at a few which caused a few questionable looks by the dog.

When Reality Gets Real

I think in one of my first posts I blogged about my stupid fascination with reality shows, mostly the VH1 ones. Mainly, these are easy to keep on and listen to while you're gaming as you can get a good sense of what's going on without having to really pay attention. I've become growlying annoyed with each new one, but they do have entertainment value and under that guise I began to watch a new one called Megan Wants a Millionaire.

Galapalooza

It's been 17 years since I went to Lollapalooza 2 and I remember that being a very fun experience. That tour had Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Ice Cube, Ministry and the Red Hot Chili Peppers as the main bands and I saw it twice that summer, once at the World here in Chicago and up in Alpine Valley Wisconsin. I think the tickets were $40 or $50 bucks.
