After being sick of hearing people talk about the I-Phone I finally broke down and got one (can a facebook page be far behind?).  This wasn't an easy decision as I've been a loyal Blackberry user for seven years and my last daliance with non-berry phones wasn't enjoyable.  I went in ahead of the release of the new phone, picked up the old one and put a new one on order which arrived 1 week later.  It took me a while to get used to it things were much differen

The last time I read a Roger Ebert movie review like the one he gave for Brüno it was for a film called Sick which was a documentary of a guy with cystic fibrosis who chose to take out his anger with his disease on his body. Those masochistic actions made the audience wince more than anything I've ever seen. I had seen the promo's for Brüno and had wanted to see it anyway and when I read the review it spawned that memory of Sick and knew that this would be a good one.

Been kind of a crappy week for people in my life.  A buddy lost his job and another is losing his relationship (ya that wasn't me I was refering to God you people jump to conclusions) So in the spirit of a crappy week, I put this picture out to the ex's and give the fat passive agressive friar something else to talk about in O chat.

And for my buddy who's losing his relationship, I'll share this bit from the late great Sam Kinison who died much too young.

They should rename the game "The World of Waiting".  I'm not sure when it started, but at some point the game turned into a game of waiting; waiting to get into a raid, waiting on people to get to the raid, waiting to kill a boss, waiting for loot to drop, waiting for people to get geared enough to try a harder fight, waiting for the next patch, waiting for the next expansion......Waiting.  It's pretty much what we do anymore.  Waiting on loot can be a painful thing as

Girl emails boy: "Hey I'm going to Hawaii in August with Victor, he got a friends condo for free since they aren't renting them out and he has enough FFM so I won't have to pay for the flight, just my food.  I'm so excited!"

Boy:"Hey that sounds fun.  Just you two are going?"

Girl:"Just us two are going. he doesn't like to travel alone and always wants me to travel with him"
