The phone company disconnected my line today, I guess because they felt like it.  The draft for my bill goes out tomorrow, so it's basically paid already.  I called them from my Dad's house to bitch at them and they really don't know what happened, so the customer service rep.

Man is it just where I am at or does everyone have this problem? My 2 year old was running a fever for two days straight (Tuesday & Wednesday), so I had to stay home with him due to daycare not being able to keep a sick child. I called in to my job like I am supposed to, I got doctor's notes, again like I am supposed to according to company policy. Well I get home yesterday from picking the other kids up from daycare and there is a message on my answering machine to call my job. I already knew what it was going to be about, so I called and they fired me.

I have been listening to alot of music at work on my mp3 player, and I have decided to list my top 10 albums of all time.

10. Swervedriver - Mezcal Head : The last great "shoegaze" band from England, this album just flows so well from start to finish. It's great to listen to it when you just want to mellow out somewhat.

9. Red Hot Chili Peppers - Mothers Milk : This is the first album that I ever heard from these guys, and IMO the best that have ever released. The music and lyrics matured alot from their earlier stuff.

I used to listen to this song for hours when I was about 14.

My 2 year old has the right idea for Labor Day. Geishagirl has to work, so that means I get to do housework and watch kids today. YAY.

Last night my two older sons ganged up on the two year old and somehow caused him to fall on his face and puncture his lip pretty badly.  We still don't know exactly what happened, the oldest told me that he told the middle child to throw the two year old off of the bed.  So needless to say we spent a few hours in the ER last night.  The physician on duty said that since most small children tend to pull out or just simply eat the stitches out of their lips there was no point in putting any in unless we absolutely wanted to.  My wife and I agreed that we didn't want the stitches, and he seems t
