So my car has been to two different shops.  We were finally able to figure out what was wrong. My timing belt is out.  It needs to be replaced.  Yay me.  That will get fixed tomorrow and hopefully I can pick up my car on Saturday.  Going without a car for a week in this town is almost impossible. I don't know how I used to live without a car in my younger days.  Oh wait I remember now. I lived and work in parts of town where there were buses.  Now that I traded up for the burbs I am completely dependant on my car.  It really sucks.

So a while back I had some car trouble.  I ended up having to get my transmission rebuilt.  That was both fun and expensive.  So you can imagine my disgust when my check engine light came on today.  Shortly after the light came on my car wasn't getting any power even though I was pushing on the gas.

We've finally managed to get to the end of this game.  We are on the boat with Wesker.  He is throwing rockets and us and then chasing us around to kick our asses.  Right before we finally gave up for the night we found the freaking rocket launcher.  It was sad really because I found it totally on accident.  My daughter found the rockets for the launcher pretty early on.  You have no idea how many times we ran past the launcher and didn't even notice it.  I'm pretty sure we're good to go now that we know where it is.  We just need some time to play it again.  I'll probably try and finish th

So last night I went on an outing for this book club I joined.  We all met up at Dave & Busters for dinner and some gaming.  It was nice but kind of an odd way to meet new people.  It's pretty loud in there.  I did have some trouble finding everyone at first but then it was OK.  I met a lot of nice ladies.  Afterwards a few of us went back to Paula's house to hang out and talk.  So something strange and new happend to me at the restaurante.  One of the guys I met (friend of one of the book club ladies) asked me if I had a girlfriend.  When I told him no he actually seemed surprised.  La
