So I am going on my 1st lesbian social outing this weekend.  A group I joined is doing dinner and gaming at Dave and Busters.  It should be fun.  It will be nice to meet some new people.  I have had the hardest time trying to meet women.  I know all the places where the gay men hang out but apparently the women aren't so out there.  I am really hoping that this works out and I make some real connections.

Did anyone check out Avatar yet?  Did you see it in 2D, 3D or Imax?  My daughter and I went to see it in 3D on Christmas weekend.  It was truly awesome.  I thought it would be a good movie but I by no means knew how great it was going to be.  I won't give away anything for those of you who haven't seen it yet but I encourage everyone to go see it this weekend.

So I bought my daughter Guitar Hero World Tour for Christmas.  I never thought that I'd ever play this game but here I am.  There is nothing like a rhythem based game to make you realize how uncoordinated you really are.  You know the best way to kill your self esteem?  Have your 12 year old daughter play on expert and laugh at you when you miss half the notes on easy.

     *  Trying to get my career moving
     *  After I am certified maybe I'll look for a better job
3. Go out on 12 dates
     *  Haven't dated in a few years
     *  Really need to stop being afraid of rejection and get back out there
4. Try 12 new things
     *  My life it too planned
     *  Need to try new things if I want a new life
5. Make a new friend
6. Visit another country

I really love ODST.  It was one of the best games to come out of 2009.  My only complaint...no match making.  I can never find anyone on my friends list to play as everyone is always playing Modern Warfare 2.  I would really like to get all of the firefight acheivements.  Everytime I log onto XBL no one is playing.  I thought with 78 friends I'd have no trouble finding anyone to play.  I would be wrong.  Occassionally I do find someone playing but they are always in a closed game.  I message to see if I can join and I usually don't get anything back.  Or, if I do get a message back it's a "
