Got my new parts in last night, got them hooked up and they powered up just fine. Now just gotta get Win98 installed and I should have the guts configured by the time I go to bed tonight.

Shouldn't take too long. Going to buy the wood & supplies for the case probably tomorrow after work since its a half-day. Then start construction over the weekend. With a little luck I'll have something presentable by next week.

I'll take pictures through the construction process and post them as I go.

Still not 100%....but almost there. The puking stopped sometime yesterday evening...don't remember when exactly.

Most of yesterday is all a drug-induced blur for me. Lots of dramamine....

Missed 2 days of work because of this crap...hopefully won't miss anymore for a while. I NEED the money. But going into work puking every half our and riding the gravy train wouldn't make for a very productive work day.

So I figured I would save my boss some cash.

Anyway...thats all for now. Gonna go lay down and chill out with some Crackdown.

Went to Ryans for lunch with a buddy of mine at work yesterday..all was kosher. Until about 3:30 AM this morning. I started throwing up practically everything in my stomach, and have been throwing up over the course of the day as well.

It has to be the Ryans...because thats the only food I had yesterday.

Cant keep anything down, even drinking sips ends up coming back up within an hour or so.

So keep me in your prayers...I dont wanna end up in the hospital over this.

FINALLY! An update and some progress on this damn thing.

I got my new motherboard and RAM ordered last night from Newegg.com. So that should be in by Wednesday I believe.

Since Newegg has the measurements for the parts, I started drawing out a design for the case. Its gonna be all wood, but it'll be sanded and primed to look like plastic in the end. It'll be grey and have white logos on it.
