I am really having a lot of fun with skate. It's taken a little while to get the hang of the new control system, being a Tony Hawk-trained button masher, but I am starting to get comfortable with the right stick controls and soon I'm sure it'll be automatic, just like the automatic 'left trigger-up-down' sequence on the TH games.

I am posting on this slow Friday for one reason only--I want to see a Clanarchy quad-fecta in the top 7. And I'm bumping English to do it because he's not consecutive with the rest of the clan. The question is--how long until you guys down-thumb me out of that coveted fourth spot?

PS I'm just bored, killing time until I can buy SKATE on the way home and play like a mother. A rabid skateboarding mother of two with a minivan and a pug.

Well eye'm back from the DMV, it was only a 40 minute wait. I didn't even get to read all the way through my magazine. The weird thing was, on the way back I stopped at the giant Target over that direction, to get a license plate holder.  The only ones they have are the ones with the radar covers! Weird.  So I got one at Autozone and put it on. The end.

The real reason eye wanted to make this blog was to call attention to the comments on my previous blog.  I had quite the eye-opening visit!!! But someone still needs work on their blog comment sarcasm.

Yesterday I was taking the stuff out of my jeep that I had purchased at Costco the day before--the non-perishables that I was too lazy to make another trip out to the jeep for and bring inside the previous day.  As I close the tailgate, my license plate falls off. WTF??? It's plastered on with double-sided tape.  I examine it, and think hmm..someone stole my license plate holder and replaced it with this? Weird.

Yes I'm that stupid--it never occurs to me that it's not my plate.

Last night I went to see a movie that I had been wanting to see for a while.  The chick didn't really want to see it, but last week I went to see Mr Bean with her so she owed me.

After watching the film I have come up with this equation:
