I just made about a 30 foot shot with a ball of tin foil into a tiny office wastebasket to cap off my lunch break.  I stood up triumphantly and took a victory lap but unfortunately there is no one nearby to appreciate the magnitude of my skill.  So I am posting a blog about it and you were tricked into reading it, in the hopes that there would be something of interest here. After all these years, how the hell have the Computer Gurus sitting on their lofty mountaintops not figured out streaming video? I'm not talking like youtube videos, where you can pause the video and let it load a little bit ahead.

Today is my girlfriend's birthday, so I have to stop and get her flowers on the way home. What is the deal with flowers? I kind of view buying flowers in the same light as doing maintenance on my car. It's expensive, and I really don't have any desire at all to do it, but I know I'm screwed if I don't. Water pump goes out? Better drop that cash. Valentine's Day? Better buy flowers to prevent a major problem. I don't appreciate flowers in the same way she does, even though she seems to think I should. The last time I sent some, I bought them online and had them sent to her work.

I bought one of those controllers with the Halo cartoony artwork on it last week.  I needed a new one and I figured for 10 bucks more, why not?  Yes I have already taken crap from my clan for being a 'sucker', but if it floats your boat, by all means chime in.
