We had a great Christmas, as always!  These are just a small sample of pics that were taken.  The first is my littlest booboo, Adtler, with his Mom, Robyn.

We celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve.  It is a long-time family tradition, and I like it that way.  When I was a kid, we all sat with our noses pressed against the window watching for Grandma and the others to arrive.  Amazingly, Santa would come soon after that!  Funny, he always snuck in the back of the house and left presents in my parents bedroom.  Go figure!

I just got back from the gym.  I think a lot while I am working out.  It was fairly quiet due to the fact that it is the Saturday before Christmas AND they were painting the shower room.  Yuk.  Had to wear my sweaty old gym stuff home.  I about froze to death!  Yeh, it has finally gotten cold down here in NC.  Well, while I was on the treadmill, I started moaning about loss.  I talk to my shrink a lot about loss.  I guess as you get older you are apt to experience loss in a variety of ways.  I just don't tolerate it well.  Not at all.  So, she has advised me t

A week or so ago, one of my patients was finishing up his chemo regimen.  When they finish, we always give them a "purple heart award" in the form of a certificate with their name on it, sing "for he/she's a jolly good fellow", and wave a magic wand over their heads for luck, and, perhaps, hair growth!  On that day, this gentleman's wife was grabbing us one by one to get pics of us with her husband, or doing "nursey" things.  I decided to do what I do best and share the luv!  The look on his face is priceless!  And, his eyes are shut cuz he is experiencing the joy of getting the best hug ev
