Ahhhh, the whole vision.....I'm not exactly sure what it is. #1 is pretty complete. I dropped off the paperwork today. They will call me with salary information and such. I think I will start the full time thing around the first of November, since the October schedule is already out.

There's nothing like changing jobs to make you wish you weren't changing jobs.  It sounded simple.  I spoke with my nurse manager this morning, and she offered me 2 different jobs, my choice.  One was infusion, which I am doing now.  The other was a nurse educator type job.  It would be more money, but, lots more responsibility.  I told her I wasn't ready for that.  So, infusion nurse it is.  Then, I had to go to the nurse recruiter and pick up paperwork.  Yikes!  They want my life history!  I am only transferring from per diem to full time.  She said that is what would determine my salary.

I worked yesterday and chose not to tell everyone that I had a death in the family.  I didn't want them to have to decide whether to do something for me or whatever.  And, there are only a few that would actually care and give me what I would like the most....a hug.  It did get out, tho, and I had to tell Beth.  Ahhhh, Beth.  The best hugger in the world!   That is, girl:girl hugging....  I have this thing about fake hugs.  You know, they are similar to "kissing the air" when people greet each other.  Oh, I guess that's just on TV or the movies or something.  Anyways, Beth wraps herself aro

I haven't been able to sleep for the last few days.  So much on my mind.  I'm working on "The Plan".  But, due to a bit of stress and woe is me, the plan goes on hold, for a little while.  What is the plan?  When I figure it out for sure, I will let you know.  One thing I know, I need some space.  I have an intense desire to do for myself after doing for everyone else my entire life.  I can tell you, once I decide to do #1 of my plan, the rest is likely to follow.  #1 is a big step for me.  It means going back to work full time.  Blah!  Not that I want to.  I will have to.  But, I can't thi
