To be a UPS driver.

Seriously. You drive around town listening to music and bringing people packages. People love getting packages so you make them happy. AND! You make them happy without even having to talk to them. You just throw the brown box at their doorstop and instant fucking smiles. **Except a few weeks ago when I got a Bible in the mail. I was like "oooh, package!" and then I opened it. Still wondering where it came from.

I fell getting out of my car yesterday when I stepped onto ice. It was one of those - 1 leg still in the car, 1 leg slid out from under me, 1 hand on the ground catching myself and one hand holding onto my car, and one dude watching probably doing everything he possibly could to not laugh. Damn you Minnesota.

Here's a picture of a waterfall in Minneapolis. It's not a huge waterfall, but not small either, but it's frozen solid nonetheless. The "door" on the left it probably 5-6 feet tall to give you scale.

1st recipe. Epic Fail. Stuffed peppers. Fucking char and peel peppers? WTF! This was almost worse than the grits and spaghetti sauce incident of 2007. (AKA Polenta and Ratatouille).

Tomorrow I'm trying Veal Saltimbocca.
