So, I FINALLY got results from last week at infineon.
Because of issues with the lobbies we are going to drop your THREE lowest scoring events. So guys that have been dropped twice now (grim, cotter, chief) you are still OK.
RESULTS FROM SEARS POINT
TRACK
STEWIE
TONY
BIGDADDY
PREBUILT
JUAN
SHRIMP
GRIM
COTTER
FITZY
INK
DRIVEBYE
CHIEF
Standings will be updated when Grim gets to it, which I suspect will be here shortly (thanks Grim)
A couple notes from last weeks results. Trackassisin is flippin' Fast! I might tweak the PI limit on the 2000 Mustang because I want Track to be competitive with others not crush others.
And if you look back at the rules handicaps are only going to 10%. That won't be enough on some tracks I don't think, especially when others have a 5 or 10 percent handicap.
So I may reduce the maximum tire width and HP # on that Mustang.
Again this was in the rules from the beginning that certain cars could be modified as the season went on.
BTW that car he was driving was right off my storefront and other stuff there is just as good IMO.
Just to clarify these are overall standings right? The top says Infineon results but I didn't win at Infineon.
Also Trackassassin got the 4 bonus points @Infineon.
Correct, these are the complete results after the Infineon race l;ast week. If you click the link, you will see the complete spreadsheet with all the race results (including the bonus points for Track
Dude I've never had to concentrate and work so hard to tick off near perfect laps, lap after lap to keep ahead of you. I had two mental letdowns where I just got a little lax then looked at the distance meter and by god you weren't giving up. Great racing Driveby didn't give an inch and kept me on my toes the whole damn race!
Man that was a discouraging race. Didn't help that my controller died and I'm pretty positive that cost me two spots. I just can't figure that place out at ALL.
I'll be prepared for Maple Valley. I'm not going to stop until I can hit constant mid 1:36's dammit
Sorry for missing so many races. My TV's lamp died and now I am forced to race on a 20" Computer screen which will not help me race. That is why i have stop playing with you guys till I get it fixed.

That's no excuse, I use a 19" TV all the time. Now if you had said the reason you had missed so many races was because you were intimidated by my stunning speed and exquisite car control then that would be perfectly understandable. I won't be at Maple Valley next week so feel free and safe to race.
I think consistent 1.37's would have you running pretty well. With that said I also think that we will see some 1.36's.
If I can get into the 1.37's on most laps with a 5% handicap I'll be OK.
Problem is I'm just not sure what to do. I can run laps with no handicaps into the low 1.37's but they seem like killer laps to me. Lots of full throttle areas, early throttle application exiting corners.......I'm just not sure what to do.
I'm going to watch a few A class leaderboard replays, and then start over with my tune. Maybe I'll figure out where to get another 1 second.
Once the results are made available, I can update the standings. I would have done it but was booted from the room during the final laps

Thanks. I'll update the standings tonight. Also, can you tell me what car Track, shrimp and Cotter were driving.
Also, what was the credits earned for Track
Track was in the 2000 Mustang
Shrimp the 05 Mustang
Cotter 02 Trans Am
Track=no contingency decals=no credits. Sorry but that's spelled out earlier.
Track and bigdady both need at least their race numbers AIX and Nasa stickers before next race.

hey man, can i do a guest appearance tonight?
Absolutely!
Please make sure you have at least the required vinyls in place for those who didn't last week.
Quick question, are there any specific contingency decals required for each race or will the ones I have had on the car from the start be ok?
No specific decals for each race.
Anything you had from the start is good. A couple of guys had nothing on there car not even a number so that needs to be fixed. That's the only issue.
Those are the minimum parts you must have on the car. You can then add what ever else you want to bring it up to 630 PI
I posted a basic paint for Bigdaddy on the storefront. Basic car with the requirements and contingency decals along with his race number.
Track Assassin can use the AIX paint for the 2000 Mustang that was already on my storefront.
Also Fitzy I gifted over a mopar forums.com logo if you put that on the sides and front/rear that gives you a chance for an extra 200,000 credits/race
Thank you I will put them on before the race.
Overall standings after this weeks race at Road America. Congrats to Drivebye with the fastest qualifing time and to Brnt for the race win

Next week will see the first of three score drops from the totals
Crap! I thought I sucked enough to lose my handicap :(

Is that with or without 5% handicap?

Prebuilt, Thanks for the paint job.
Laptime for Maple Valley? what time should I be shooting for?
