I left Michigan years ago, had enough of that 0-20f stuff, had an outdoor job, woo. Damn hydraulics would freeze up, big fun, try to tell management, get to work, go out, freeze up, spend two hours getting extricated and then they call it a day, I wonder what this word "superior" really means, seems like all the books got it wrong.
Congrats of the new car Kit, and as for your mum, it sucks. Not much you can do by the sounds of it other than just try to ignore...Got to admit I am a mean git and would offer her than chance of walking if she didn't mend her ways :)

Yea, I did manage to go out for a couple hours on New Years. I was home by 10pm though because I did not want to push it. It really sucked not spending time with my family on the holidays.

Not that we don't name things but not to the samr extent. We did name a blizzard after Hurricane Juan hit us. We called it White Juan. It deserved the name too. 4-5 foot drift in my yard.

Meanwhile, Englands got the equivalent of a weak hurricane off it's coast. 70 mph winds pushing the water table up against the coast (storm surge and huge rain).
Should be a pretty good car for you, Kit. Run it till the wheels fall off. They still got a pretty good warrenty on those don't they?

Hell, honestly, I should've bought something like that.....but no.....I "had" to go and purchase a 23 year old sport sedan I've lusted after for years.
Yeah but they are so common around here (my area) we do not refer to them as foreign. Same for Toyota, Honda and Nissan. Heck, cars made in the States are more foreign these days.

I feel the need to clarify some of the crap DEEP is feeding you jokers as he continually tarnishes the good Nova Scotia name which happens to be Parcells area too.
I still don’t know what part of Nova Scotia DEEP is from but it’s certainly not the capital Halifax where Parcells resides. I’m 46 years of age and have never heard of a non-foreign car in my area…Point being were not retarded up here in NS (OK sure, I confess some of us are retarded be it an official capacity or not) and we understand the term foreign. Some cars are assembled in Canada but no Canadian car Manufacturers exist so every car in our area is foreign. Definitely a lot more Asian cars than American but that’s only because they’re made better :)
