I'm going to be a dick and ask if the Drs are certain there are no germs in your house and they have little potential to enter. Is the hubby permitted to leave and come back home?
Reading Game of Thrones book 4: "A Feast for Crows".
...*SIGH*...
Why, George R.R. Martin, WHY???
I can only conclude that he didn't actually write this book. It was written by his brother, George R.R. Snow. Because only a Snow could inflict something this horrible on his fans.
Lol Pyro I'm supposed to stay away from the general (dirty germy) public. Hubby stays away from anyone who is even sniffly, and dislikes people on principle, so keeps his distance from them. I'm not supposed to go out to eat, etc. I'm too sick to go anywhere anyway. Second round sucked just as bad as the first this time. IM SICK OF BEING SICK. *stomping my little feet*
Hubby's lockdown rules are stricter than the drs, and last longer. He's a saint...but a health tyrant! He's even been taking my car to work everyday so I can't sneak out and go to lunch lol.

Well, he doesn't sound like much fun at a party but he evidently wants to keep you as healthy as possible...sounds like love to me. I hope the lockdown ends soon and you can cure your cabin fever with a huge germy sandwich..and not have to worry about it.
All true Jones. I seriously couldn't ask for a better hubby. I don't get out much anyway, cos I'm sick and tired a lot. But I AM missing my weekly lunch with mom, running errands with and going out to dinner with hubby a couple times a week.
Be forewarned KIT or anyone near the Orlando area...Parcells is headed to Orlando this Friday and I'm bringing 18 loud mouthed Canadians with me where we will tear up some of the awesome golf courses in the area!
I LEFT THE HOUSE! Woohoo! Mom and I went to lunch :D
im regretting it a little, because of the new "feed stinky homeless guys" policy the restaurant has. One of them sat right behind me, and that smell is still stuck in my nose. EW EW EW! How bout a give the homeless some wipies and deoderant policy??
Feeling a bit better today. And damn happy about it!
Parcells I'm a couple of hours away from Orlando (or Earlanda as we call it), so they'd have to be REALLY loud Canadians! Have fun and stay safe! Remember: it's hot, we have big bugs, and we're all armed ;)
They have homeless restaraunts in Florida? Make sure you draw Parcells a map, Kit. Glad you got out of the house and were able to mingle with the unwashed masses for a while.
Nice one Kit, well apart from the smells of the great unwashed.
Feeling a little fragile today after a night of partying, but had a good time, played some tunes, made some new pals and talked long about that thing I still can't talk about outside the circle.
A small hint is...I am looking to invest in a Quadcopter with an HD camera and gimble for filming sweeping vistas and setting up a company called DragonFlight. Going to start with one of the mid price range ones first, to get the hand of the things.
Got back from the Salem Lake trail little bit ago. Suppose to be 7 miles (Runkeeper on my phone said it was 8.6 miles. We were walking and taking photo's etc not thinking much of it, then we realised we were not even half way around and thought there was a cut over at one point to cut off a mile. Once we realised there wasn't and that we were running a little short on time. Found a spot to leave the wife and kids about half way where there was a parking lot. So I got to sprint/walk the rest of the 4.6 miles by myself. Only took us just over 2 hours for the whole event, but man are my feet sore now. I need some better shoes. Glad I've lost 30 lbs the last few months or else my knee would be killing me and no way would I of taking off my shirt to cool off some.
Shoes make a huge difference Soul. I broke down and went into a specialty running shoe store to get some better shoes for my excursions. We must've gone through a dozen different pairs to find ones that looked to be supporting my ankles properly and felt right. I've recently started walking a 6-7 mile route on the weekends.
And on a side note...the PS3 finally bricked. Not too shabby, she had a long, long run. Right around 7 years and hundreds & hundreds (if not thousands) of hours.
I've started my wine diet, I'm substituting 1 generous glass of red wine (Argentinian Malbec this week) for my usual 1 whiskey and 2 Beers. I am enjoying it so far, I forgot how much I missed red wine. I'm thinking next week I will go with either a full bodied red like an Australian Shiraz or maybe a high acid light bodied wine like a Pinot Noir maybe from Oregon...not sure though...

Ever notice this?
If you wanted to stop a sink drain from leaking, you had to move heaven and earth but dishwater plugs it every time.

Well, in case anyone was curious, Lake Tahoe is still GORGEOUS!
...and now I'm back home and at work...
Kitten, you gotta kick this crap, seriously.

Run for cover! Squirrel invasion!
Ran into a LOT of Canadians in Tahoe. Some of them were VERY INTERESTING !
I saw Canada once, I turned around.
That was you. :P

Sounds exciting Knight!

The running part was not the plan for the day. LOL. For some reason my shoulder blades have been sore since Sunday.

Nova Scotian wines are pretty good. Of course there is that border, and the Moose.
Moose and Squirrel?
Gotta love when Trending topics are ones that haven't had a post in over two years yet active topics don't appear as trending.
Dandelion wine, Deep?

Okay, two weekks of summer this year, and winter's already hit...
Golfing today, I hope to keep it on the course.
Nope, lost three balls on the front nine.
