Blog Thoughts and Question

I read a lot of blogs here at 2o2p. I rarely post a comment, but I do read just about every single one. Also, I really don't post many blogs either, and I really don't know if my blogs past the test for a worth while blog. I say this because lately I have been reading a few blogs that express how stupid other members blogs are. Complaints about too much daily posting, too many videos, too many pics, and less than stellar content in general. I am asking, what are we suppose to blog about, so I can make sure I am not one of these people. Maybe I am already.

My Life Without WoW: The 1st Weekend

Now I have gone a day or two at a time w/o playing WoW, but never against my will. Needless to say, going into the weekend, I was a bit sad by the thought of not getting to play.

My Life Without WoW: Day 1

I have to admit, when Blizzard dropped the banhammer on me, I freaked out, and was a bit pissed. Mostly because, I was not sure what the hell I was gunna do when I got home from work. Talk with the wife, play with the kids, chores, yuk!!. I wanted to play WoW. So, I have decided to share with all the 2o2p members, well the 6-7 that actually read my blog..LOL, what life is like for an older gamer when their crack..errr..WoW has been taken away.

 

Day 1: circa 2/22/07:

Still mad at Blizzard, and they will not return my emails, bastards.

Suck it Blizzard!!!!!

I am alomst, no I am totally embarrassed to admit this.  I have been permanently banned from WoW.  WTF.  I was able find out why, and that is what is embarrassing.  I was attempting to have gold from a character on a PvE server transferred to a character on a PvP server.  I found a company that does this.  I signed up, got approved and was given the name of a character to give my gold to.  Honestly I thought I was going to be scammed.  I really did not expect to get the gold on the other server in return.  Actually, I have no idea if I did, because I was banned prior to being able to log on

What a day

Just found out today, that after 5 years at my current job...me and the other 200 or so employees there, are getting laid off on March 20th.


Anyone know where a 33 year old with a Masters in Criminal Justice might go to start looking for a job?
