So, let me tell you some more about the degree I'm aiming for.

It's a BA in Journalism & Creative Writing, from the University of Strathclyde, in Glasgow. The degree itself is a 'Second Principal Subject' which means that I have to take it in combination with another subject.

So, I'm thinking of leaving work next year and going to University, full-time.

It looks like some friends and I are going to get together and see if we can't get a Dark Heresy campaign going. We've all been fans of 40K for a long time, we actually all met at the 40K club I used to run in my home town. It feels like it's been forever since we met up, so I fired off an email and suggested that we hook up and see what happens.

It appears I've made a (good) impression on my 7-year old nepehew.

He's been impressed in the past that I know almost as much about Ben 10 as he does - I like to watch cartoons in the morning while I have breakfast, as the news just depresses me too much. I listen to the news in teh car anyway, so no need to hear the same things twice, I say. And a little escapsim never hurt anyone.
