  Yes, I know I'm behind the times, but give me a break.  Working two jobs and still not having money sucks.  I got to play on my buddy's 360 last weekend.  It was awesome.  For all y'all that have 360's, I am kind of jealous.  I got to play Fight Night and had a blast.  Sugar Ray Robinson, one of my favorite boxers of all time, versus Jake Lamotta.  I got my ass whupped the first couple of times, but I started picking up the block and swing idea.  I just need to come up with the money to get my own 360 now.  Feel free to donate to the "Corcki needs cash for a 360" charity.  I am good at makin

  It just goes to show that when you think the world has turned its back on you, you've actually turned your back on the world.  Some of you have read my previous Blog about evil women.  I would like to retract that statement with this amendment.

  As most of you know I have been employed as a janitor/custodian for Brown for over a year.  The pay isn't bad and it has great benefits, but I'm a janitor and it gets rather bland if I must say so.  I might be getting a shoe in at a local landscaping business from one of the guys that works at the same bar as I.  I never really talked to him before because he's a bar back and I'm a doorman.  Of course we don't really work the same days either.  Come to find out we were both bubbleheads in the Navy and he told me about a couple open positions.  If I get the job I will start at about my salary

  Since I have been back in Providence, I have noticed the lack of nice girls here.  I have gone out with about dozen so-called women in the last year and all of them have turned out to be complete flakes or for a lack of a better word, BITCHES.  I don't know what the deal is.  About a third of them have had the respect to say "Sorry Derek, I just don't things are going to work out between us."  I can accept that because they came out and said it.  On the other hand, the ones who are deceptive and won't come out and say it really aggrivate me to NO end.  Why can't they

  After working at Brown for over a year I am finally taking my vacation.  I'll still work the bar, but I no more cleaning up after the students for a week or so.  Let the good times get drunk.
