'Twas a busy weekend at our home. Some of you knew, some didn't, but Stacy ended up being diagnosed with Pleurisy last week. For those that want ot read here is a link to what Pleurisy is all about  http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/understanding-pleurisy-basics Basically, Pleurisy is brought on by something else. You get chills, shortness of breath due to inflammation and swelling of the lung making deep breath VERY painful, fever lots of pain in the chest area.

The kids had a great time. We took them to the mall, due to a bit of a chill in the air. Anyhow, here are a couple of picks of the kids. Jim didn't want his picture taken, but he went as Spiderman.

So, tomorrow, we are moving Stacy's dad into his new place at Woodstock Estates Assisted Living. It's a bit of a relief but also a bit sad. You see, this is the final step for him. He won't live on his own again. Sure he will get the care needed, but it's just knowing this that makes it difficult. A couple of things have happened that I have not shared, mainly because forget to. He has really gone down hill over the last two weeks, since his trip to the hospital. He hasn't taken his medicine on a regular basis and it really shows.

Some may have heard about this, some may have not. Terrible incident here in GA, on Sunday night. A young man, Matthew Cherry, was murdered at one of the local GameStops in Marietta, Ga. He was not shot, stabbed or beaten to death. It was a lot worse. The robber bound Matthew's hands and then duct taped his face, covering his mouth. He eventually suffocated. All for what? Some game consoles and video games. He even stole the kid's car to get away. Senseless act, deserving harsh punishment.
