Beer. Yay.

Over the weekend the wife and I were out and about, shopping in the Portsmouth, NH area. In the early afternoon we decided to find a place to eat so I checked the "steakhouses" category of my GPS and found something I didn't even know existed.

Ultimate revenge

And by "ultimate" I mean "even the most sadistic of you fuckers would say that's too harsh."

Crab Revenge is a British website selling vials of pubic lice - yes, the STD crabs - to put in your adulterous whore of an ex's bed or carbomb a group of people who you don't like because they got the last six pack of Zima. Whatever your sick reason, you can even take advantage of the eugenically engineered, shampoo-resistant super-crabs.

Drama 2.0

A couple weeks ago, I wrote about drama in general and how it amazes me that some "grown-ups" use drama to fill some void in their life. The blog was based on a situation between my neighbors, however it coincidentally foreshadowed clan drama on this very site (I am in no way attaching myself or my blog to PCP; simply remarking that it was a strange coincidence). While we still see the occasional fall-out from the PCP thing in others' blogs, that situation has mostly passed, many of us outsiders looking in and eating a bag of popcorn.

The vehicle conundrum

I kind of backed myself into a corner the last couple years.

In the summer of 2008, I made a decent bonus at work and was facing some costly repairs on my car. I was able to haggle the shit out of the car dealership for a trade, and drove off the lot in a brand new Honda Ridgeline. I love the truck. Despite the high cost and not-so-efficient gas mileage, in no way do I regret my purchase.

In retrospect, however, I regret the financing terms and everything that's happened since buying it.

Your PS3 cost HOW Much?

In 2002, when I first moved into my own apartment, I inquired about a Playstation 2 at Rent-A-Center. A brand new console cost $299 at the time, but they would have charged a total of $800 for a used one. I realized what a huge scam that place is, and never went back to a Rent-a-Center again.

It appears 7 or 8 years later, that 250% mark up just isn't enough. Now they have added vicious ass rape to their business model.
