I got a few chances to use my Tritton AX360  headphones last week. Here are my first impressions.

DAY ONE
Installation woes

The first night I got them home I waited until the family was asleep and got set for some plug-n-play goodness. Unfortunately it wasn't so easy for me. I have an XBox 360 Elite, with the HDMI output. The headphones have either a digital coax, or fiber optic cable connector, there wasn't either one of those ports on the back of my Elite. I have the HDMI plugged directly into my receiver.

But first I give him props for recommending headphones
I ordered me some Trittons and they're on their way
Cuz my surround sound at home is 2loud2play

Another tango down, playin late at night,
Losing B again, smoke 'em out alright?

Please be warned, this blag is just a rant
I tried to keep it in, but I realize I can't
See I'm gonna burst, if I don't let this out
My neighbor down the street, makes me want to shout

"Bah humbug!" you know what I mean
Come on mofo, it's February 18
Time to take down your funkin' Christmas lights
At least turn off the timer so they're dark at night

See my neighbor's neighbor's neighbor, 3 down from me
Has up their Christmas lights, but they have no tree
So it seems they realize that Christmas is gone

Hey there, just a quick update on Cocoa. In my last blag entry I didn't know if or how she would recover. I was hopeful, but she was still at the vet's office under 24 hour observation. The look on the vet's face was pretty grim when I dropped her off that morning. When I picked her up after work last Tuesday he was as surprised as I was at how well Cocoa recovered. She's doing just fine now.

Cocoa is my dog, she's a German Short-haired Pointer and she's 9 months old. The photo above was taken the day we got her, almost 6 months ago. The gerber daisies are all gone now, chewed to tiny bits shortly after the photo was taken. The tall grasses in the distance are all flattened, Cocoa made a nest there. It gets full sun during the day and in the afternoon a lemon tree nearby provides some scattered shade. It's her favorite spot in the garden.
