One emotionally immature adult, please!

I took advantage of the opportunity to act juvenile last night and dressed-up for my candy dispensing duties.  The costume included a cutoff cargo pants (poor man's pantaloons), puffy shirt, earrings, bandanna, and eye patch.  Additional props included a bottle of Cutty Sark and a replica flint-lock pistol.  One of these props resulted in my experiencing more of a hangover this morn than with which I'm usually so afflicted.  I was a fine pirate most indeed.

Any other "adults" dress up?

Random musings

The October 4th issue of Rolling Stone magazine has stories featuring a pair of Thompsons: Hunter S. and Fred. If I had to vote for one of them as the next president of our great nation, it would have to be the former. Hunter S. Thompson’s ashes were fired out of a cannon from atop of a 150’ tower shaped like a fist holding a peyote button whilst red, white, and blue fireworks were shot ignited in splendor most grand. This is reason #517 why I’m proud to be an American.

You know the band The Killers? If I killed one of them…would I become one of them?

Phone books

Rather, how do you get the companies to stop delivering them. Today in the middle of my driveway when I arrived home was a stack of FIVE yellow and white pages measuring 10 inches high and weighing in at perhaps 12 pounds. It seems there are at least two or three different competing companies, as this happens multiple times each year.
