today I got to meet Roger. Oh, he is the new boyfriend of one of my bestest friends. He is just beautiful! Well, it was at work and she didn't take the time to introduce me so i just got in her face and said, well, who is this? lol She nicely said Roger, this is Penni. And he smiled and started to shake my hand. What? I said, I don't shake hands, I hug, and proceeded to wrap myself around him right in front of god and everybody. Then i got a good feel of, ahem, those muscles she is always talking about. Nice..... All of a sudden I hear, omg! you made him blush! Too funny.

The LAN!  Yay!  this time next week I will be in Chicago.  Hmmm, I just realized I've never been to Chicago.  I'm actually from that part of the country.  Well, sorta.  But, I am  North Carolinian now, well transplanted.  I even have a southern accent, sometimes.  Well, I can fake it, a little.  What will I bring?  My xbox 360, maybe 2 laptops, cuz I luv my toys.  Games.  But I really play WoW and Magic, so the laptops will likely have my attention.  Webcam.  Oh yea, would luv to catch some of you doing what y'all do best.  Um, gaming, of course.  7 days!  Game on!

Woke up this morning with a headache.  Not so bad....  But I am having trouble sleeping lately.  It's all good!  Story of my life.  I am having my alone time this morning.....nice.  I don't have to work today, so it is again, a good day!  What is keeping me awake at night?  I'll never tell.  Hmmm, maybe it was Durty's pics in her last blog.  Yikes!  Would like to see something besides sweet young things, tho.  lol  Are there any good looking, um, gentlemen out there that are over 25?  Or even 30? 

Mood of the Day

Woke up this morning with a headache.  Not so bad....  But I am having trouble sleeping lately.  It's all good!  Story of my life.  I am having my alone time this morning.....nice.  I don't have to work today, so it is again, a good day!  What is keeping me awake at night?  I'll never tell.  Hmmm, maybe it was Durty's pics in her last blog.  Yikes!  Would like to see something besides sweet young things, tho.  lol  Are there any good looking, um, gentlemen out there that are over 25?  Or even 30?

I got sent home from work early again today. 'Sok, i'm pretty tired. Yeh, insomnia, again. Who would ever think that 2:00 am is time to get up? Whoa! not me! But, that's when my inner alarm clock went off....in the middle of the night. When I get up at my regular time, it is still dark anyways, so, well, I just thought. NOT! I did doze back off again and had a very nice dream. Noooo, not telling this time!

Today is a good day!  I didn't have to work.  That's always a good day!  But, I rarely work on Mondays.  Just because.  I get a long weekend, and don't have to deal with the after the weekend confusion that goes with working in a clinic.....missing MD orders, walk-ins that have been sick all weekend, call-outs from coworkers cuz they want a long weekend too.  Stuff like that.  We seem to have a revolving door the past year or so.  We no sooner hire someone, that someone else leaves.  Pattie's last day is Friday, and another has resigned, don't know when her last day is.  A couple left last
