Woot! It's LAN week. And the last LAN at that!

And it's going to be a busy week for me. I'm heading to San Francisco this evening for a work and I'll be returning to MSP late Wednesday night. Then it's off to Chicago Thursday morning.

Can't wait to drink some beer and eat some pizza. Maybe play a game or two.

See ya all in a few days. My group will be the assholes with the 42 inch TV. Doodi/Smooth - get us some power!

Last week I was having a major fat day. I tried on 4 pairs of pants until found a pair that only marginally made me look sausauge-like. Then, like I do most mornings, I enjoy my breakfast and make my Words with Friends moves...this is what popped up.

See that?! "I'm Fat" spelled out in my tiles. And this is in between turns where you can't re-arrange your tiles. Motherfucker.

Seems like topic of the day is the 360 Slim. At first the slim was not even on my radar. But this weekend Dean decided he HAD to have one. I think he likes buying 360s as much as he likes playing them! We went to 2 Gamestops, 2 Best Buys, and checked inventory online at every major retailer in our area. Nothing. Then we remembered that Toys R' Us sells video games and that they're a shithole store people forget about. They had two in stock so we picked one up.
