Zed i will start getting the car ready for the next race.
The gear set up on the last tune you did seems spot on, if you can find a tad more grip that thing will fly around Suzuka East. Seems like so many track it's down to that last corner. To keep up with that bleedin alien sWhite that has infitrated the Privateers that is where I need to hold more speed into the corner...I have a 0:55.578 so far, and thats not too shabby so the tune is not a million miles off.

At least we got a headstart on him in the points! We'll still have to be on our A-game if we're going to hold him off though.

Get in front and do our formation lapping trick? Let down his tyres when he's not looking, find out where he lives and steal his X-box, hire a hit man?
steal the batteries out of his controller, send Jack Bauer round to "take him down", make him miss the race by confusing him with "timezones" (the race starts at 6pm EST which is 5 hours behind GMT but might not be during DST and some time ahead of CET but who knows!)......
casually mention it's a rolling start, sit back and watch...
Guess I'll just go with practice...the Church maneuver that is Mind you I've got to catch him first...Just practice then And the Seat tuner has the utter temerity to have a new baby right when we need him on the case ...hate these bleedin silly emotecons.
well ran a little last night with some of the euro guys everybody within 0.5 a second most of the time and the 15% thing does not work here i was no slower when i tried it

Yup I was on your rear (fnar fnar) every race and I had maybe 2 or 3 mph over you by the end of the straight the straight and nothing through the S's. With a 15% handicap I should have seen more of an advantage. We were both running the Nurberg tune as well so the cars were set up the same way.
Looking forward tot he next race. I'll start working on a tune next week, Church. please send me what you have when you get around to it. Still three Sundays from now.
It's next sunday is it not? Zed you'll find the Nurberg tune is very close, shorten the gear ratios a tad, and there is some under steer that if could be eliminated or at least reduced would help a lot. I can get 1:55's with it as it is and am sure there is a low 1:54 there if those things could be sorted. Judging on recent outings any way, it is very competitive as it is.
Race 3 - Apr. 15th 2012 @ 5pm EST - Suzuka East - 35 laps
I shall be doing a few set-up runs over the following week and will send the tunes over as I do them :)
Huh means nowt to me but I guess that's out then....I tell yer disapointed don't even begin to cover it.
I would say I am feeling sorry for you fella.
But when I am going round the track that Sunday and the race finishes all I am going to think is "Shame Knight missed this race....
No wait hes in Malta... SOB!!!"
Meh it's work dude, I know it might sound odd, but I'd rather be home. Ah well it is just one race and I guess there is more to life than the STCC. LOL I got it bad haven't I...I blame Zombie jesus day, as Doodi would say, zero fucks given.
This will be a tight race.

That would be good, will arrange when I decided which car I fancy, or I'll try one out of the garage.
