Downloaded LC:GOL last night.  I only got to play the first level, but all I can say is "Yes, yes, yes, a thousand times, yes!".

Got a Wii on launch day - it collects dust.  I really don't like this system, aside from a few titles.  It just doesn't feel as modern or as fun as it's HD counterparts.  Most motion controls are tacked on, and most games are utter crap.

Sony has the move.  Microsoft has Kinect.

Just went over the new release list for the next few weeks, and there really isn't much on the horizon.  I plan on buying Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, but will bypass Kane and Lynch: Dog Days - really, it's games like this that make me weep for gaming.  The first was a ho-hum affair, and just because there's a sequel, it's automatically assumed to be some sort of uber game.  Yes, I realize the hypocracy, especially after saying I'll buy a Lara Croft game.

I didn't update on Saturday due to it being a wicked long day.  Couldn't get into the main room with Lucas.  Near the end of the day, I got the bright idea to do the Last Tour to Endor special event at Disney MGM or whatever it's called now.  That was a fun time, rode the very dated Star Tours ride for the last time, saw a fun little variet show, a truly spectacluar fireworks show set to the Star Wars score, and then back over to Star Tours to see Boba Fett throw a thermal detonator in to blow it up.  Very good time, and I'm glad that we did it at the last minute.  After all that, it was 2:

Got to play a little Force Unleashed 2 today.  It's good, definitely picking it up day 1. 

Lego Star Wars III also impressed.  Despite it being the Clone Wars, I liked what I saw.

There was also some Home related stuff, but I didn't really check that out.
