Study hard...there will be a test!

I think most of us have seen at one time or another a test to help determine if you're an alcoholic or not. These tests often ask questions to the vein of:

-Do you drink alone regularly

or

-Have you ever had a drink to try to get rid of a hangover

Roller Derby Update

Sunday Prayer

Please God. You know I don't ask for much. I also know that I'm not one of your most devote followers. I know I've even questioned your existence from time to time. But this is really important to me. If anthing has the chance to cement belief and cast out the demons of skepticism, help the Colts win the Superbowl.

Ode to Spirits

Throughout my life, I've had a very tough time differentiating between love and lust. While love is composed of ingredients such as respect, adoration, and appreciation, lust must draw its breath through a more hardened orifice. Lust is passion, anger, and drama rolled into one. It allows you to want simultaneously to crush your sole's delight in the deepest embrace while caving in the side of his head with a brick.

Question

I've got more for later, but quickly a question:

I don't own a blue-tooth headset for my mobile phone, but I thought I knew in theory how they work.  One thing is stumping me:  what's the flashing blue light on the side of it for?  It's certainly out of the perephial line of site of it's user, so it can't be of any value as an indicator.
