So this weekend I reserved my company's cabin up in Flagstaff, I'm heading up there with my dogs to kick back for the weekend, so I will not be online at all. I was going to post this as a poll in my clan forum but I think it's better suited as a blog entry.

What do you think of me taking the weekend off?

So holiday business, work craziness, and the reading of a couple of new books (including the new Halo book) have interfered with my gaming time recently. There's also the dreaded NFL/NBA crossover schedule, when both sports are running concurrently, which eats into my gaming time. Sorry I have been missing clan nights, and I am also sorry for the friend requests I keep denying, because I'm usually not on for more than 1/2 hour at a time.  I am also aware, thanks to McBain, that I have not been doing my late-night-drunken-foulmouth sessions lately. What the heck is wrong with me?

So Tony Hawk Project 8 is awesome. I don't know if anyone knows this, because everyone on my friends list is playing some 'Gender War' game or something like that. Maybe I'll try that game someday, after I finish Project 8, if I have time. I keep sending my squad invites to play but for some reason they keep ignoring them, what's up with that? How good could this 'Grapes of Wrath' game be, anyway? I mean geez, on Tony Hawk you can do a move called the Sacktap for god's sake!!!!

Well it's about time. Between the Cardinals and the Sun Devils this has been a long and arduous football season. But now it is time for basketball to begin. The Suns did not fare so well last night in their opening game against the evil and tyrannic L.A. Lakers in the accursed Staples Center, but tonight they will do battle valiantly on their own turf in....what's it called now? US Airways Arena? RIght...anyway the point of this post is that I have tickets. So bleh. I'll also be going Friday night.

I just saw a Myspace ad for the State Farm 'Show Your Stuff Giveaway!'. The add said 'Send in pictures of your stuff to be entered in the contest!'.  They showed photos of a guitar and a snowglobe.

Somehow I don't think they thought this one through...are they really going to be surprised when they get a photo of someone's 'Junk'? I'll let you know.

I'm deleting this post because it's just too foul and I don't want to look at it anymore. Suffice it to say, I was drunk and calling out my squadmates for not being online at like 3 a.m. Arizona time.
