Here it is Monday again!  I never work Mondays.  I like my long weekend, and I have that choice.  Most people like Fridays for a long weekend.  I guess......but I have always preferred Monday.  Go figure!  The full-time thing isn't gonna happen.  Well, it could, if I was willing to do 5 days.  NOT!!  One of the nurses "misunderstood" that I was offered 4 days/week.  The reality was that I said I would do it if I could work 4 days/week, which, thanks to her, I cannot.  She started a heated discussion about who has worked there longe

Here I am again....I was up at 5:00 am cuz I was tired of tossing and turning.  My shrink says it is a symptom of my restlessness.  Ya, what to do about that?  I try to keep busy.  I'm working more.  Sooooo, why do I still want to run away from home?  Well, not really, but road trips are always in my head.  Is that the same thing?  Well, sorta.  I wonder what would happen if I just got in the car one day and took off on my fantasy road trip?  I have so many friends I've never met.  I want to meet them all!  That's a lot of hugs!

Ohhhhhm, a terrible thing happened yesterday! My boss walked up to me and said "well, is it done?" And I said, "um, noooooo, I don't have time right now." So she said she would check on me later. Whew. Later.....same thing. I was starting to get worried that I couldn't avoid it any longer. Finally, she came up to me, asked "have you done it yet?", my response "noooooooo", and she grabbed me by the hair (really!) and dragged me kicking and screaming to Employee Health.

I have written about insomnia before. Bah! I don't have serious insomnia, just enuf to be very annoying. Here it is, well before the crack of dawn, and I am wide awake writing in my blog. It's Monday. I don't work Mondays.
