I played a lot of WoW! Learned a lot. The following is a rant from my clan forum. I am clan leader of 2old2play MTGO, an online collection card game. Quite evil, actually. Our only hope and desire is to kill our opponent. Every time. And I only play with clannies. So, last week, while MTGO was dark, I had my learning experience with WoW.

I was up very, very early today.  Excited about my trip, I guess.  Or, more likely, my usual early morning insomnia.  No work today, but packing and last minute plans....getting an oil change and tuneup.  Making sure about directions, addressess and phone numbers.....

In referece to yesterday's rant.....I would luv to, Dan, but I am in bed asleep when most of the raids even start.  I would be a weekend raider, that's about it.  5:00 am comes very early.....

Saturday, 4/19:  9:00 (or earlier) hit the road, going to Knoxville.   I should get there in the middle of the afternoon.  Yes, Brian, I will call when I got over the mountain.  Yikes!  It's been a while since I drove in mountains!

Monday, 4/21:  early, again...onward to Bloomington.  Oh yeh, another stop added to my itinerary.  It will be a very quick one.  Dinner maybe?  Cuz it's still another 2.5 hours from there to the airport.  Or the hotel, actually.  Chicago!

I woke up this morning with a headache.  Bah!  It is only 8 days until I run away from home.  Stress!  Why?  Dunno, fer sure, but it could have something to do with the different agenda's hubby and I have.  He is buying seeds, plants, bulbs, fertilizer, etc. and starting to give me assignments.  My last one was to weed the strawberry patch.  Done.  Easier to do it than....  I am not working today, and it is supposed to be a nice day.  I really don't want to plant things and weed things.  Ack!  I think I will have a hard time working next week.  I wanna be on the road!

Is one allowed to feel sad and happy at the same time?  I am about to go on an adventure that could change things a lot for me, and I am unsure.....unsettled.  It started out as one thing, a project, planning a LAN and hoping to see some people in the NE and Canada.  Sadly, the NE will not happen.  Too bad.  And my bud in OK isn't available on the dates I could be there.  Another too bad.  I have changed my itinerary so many times, my head is spinning.  Course, that is partly my personality, partly anxiety.  But, I now have reservations in various places, a plane ticket to Portland, and I w
