I have so much time for random thoughts during my workout at the gym. I am feeling bad about having to cut out some of my exercises for a while. That dumb psoas muscle injury, strain, or whatever. I am feeling much, much better. But, doc said hold off on some of the weight lifting stuff that would aggravate it. Bah! Actually, anything that works on my "core", seems to effect it, so I cut out 4 that work on my back, and cut my weight to 40 lbs. on the crunch machine. It was toooo easy, so I doubled my crunches. Still was easy.
