Gee, I had a pack of Sam Adams Imperial something not too long ago. I think it was a stout. It was simply too dark for me but it wasn't nasty like the tripple bock.
Guinness, and not because it's St. Patty's day, either. I always have a can or bottle or two cause I like to cook with it. That and I really like Guinness!
I almost forgot about a new beer that I had this weekend. Anyone out there that likes sour/funky beers will probably enjoy this. It's light, drinkable and incredibly interesting. It's also pretty cheap for a sour beer.
Enjoying this right now while typing this. Tastes as good 800 miles from Philly as it does there.
I drank nothing but Yuengling when I lived in Scranton PA, but can't get it anywhere in New England. I have a few friends up here (New Hampshire) that also love it, so if any of us go to New York for any reason we've pooled our money to bring back cases of it.

I live in Wisconsin, I feel your pain. Being a Philly boy, this is the beer I crave, but only get it every couple of years when I go back.

Another big fan of Leinenkugel Summer Shandy here. Last "new" beer I tried was Delirium Tremens - it is utterly amazing for you fans of Belgian beer out there. Pricey, but worth it.
Leinies Red is one of my favorites. Been to long since I have been to the factory in Chippewa Falls for a tour.

Just a plain old Newcastle.
I don't remember where I got this pic from:
Leinenkugel Summer Shandy! Oh wait, had a Labatt's Blue last night. My bad!
Bought a case last year for my bday. It’s not aging well.

Not the wee heavy. I tried three other SA imperials about a year ago, the stout, wit, and double bock. I wasn't a fan.
I might have had some Widmer Hefe abd NCAA with lunch.

Great Lakes - Conway's Irish Ale
and then a harp today for lunch
I have had that Conway's Irrish Ale before and it was good! I have also tried The Edmund Fitzgerald and Elliot Ness.
I'm sorry to hear that, Snuphy. I hope it was worth it. It was pretty epic either way.
Highlights from my weekend -
This is my favorite seasonal beer, but found a place in Danbury CT that serves it year-round on tap:

Last evening a little Stella Artois. I love Spaten though. I never tried the Oktoberfest. WANT!
I prefer Ales when I drink beer, the darker the better. My last beer was a while back and it was a Guiness Stout.
I've been drinking Jack Daniels Single Barrel of late. Smoooooooooooooth.
And by "of late", I mean "right now". Don't judge me, I work nights. ;)
I lew of the the great weather we have had upstate of late, I drank this:
and I was using this as a chaser:
It was a rough night.

Nice. I had some Leffe Blonde the other night.
