Huh? What?

So, I'm near the end of level 6 of Halo 3 when I suddenly get a message on my screen that the disc is scratched and unreadable, and I get dumped back to the main screen.

Sure enough, my disc is messed up as reported by many others - just on the outer edges. I didn't look at my disc when I got the game, just put it in the 360 and went to town (a small town just south of here).

Blob

We had an unusually high amount of rain in Texas this year. When I say "unusual", I mean it too - basically 2 straight months of rain at the end of spring/beginning of summer. The plus? Well, our area lakes that were at danger conditions, 15-20 feet under normal level all swelled to flood status - upwards of 20-25 feet over normal. Our temperatures were much lower this summer than normal. And, my car got cleaned - sorta.

Grammatical Errors?

So, I was forwarding an email from a friend to some other friends because it was hilarious, and I noticed a mispelled word - it was glaringly mispelled, and I thought about correcting it. But, then I got in a dilemna - is it right to edit someone else's typing in that fashion? I mean, would I, in essence, be changing that person's words and originality by correcting a mispelling? Is it unethical?

Friendships

Ever have one of those friends that acts like a close friend one day, then disappears from your life for weeks at a time, or is "never available" to get together with you, but seems available for everyone else?

Decisions

We put great weight into the "big choices" of life.

But, it's the small choices that define our character.
