... Okay, so maybe I'm not physically a tangent but my mind operates on them. For example:

I was watching several installments on Youtube of the Phill DeFranco Show, it's basically a video blog by a guy named, ironically enough, Phill DeFranco. If you haven't checked him out I highly recommend it. It's worthy not because I agree with his opinions most of the time, there are some I don't, however he succesfully uses satire and humor to explain his logical positions on topical events, something that I obviously would give kudos for.

Honestly when I saw this news report I was stuck between wanting to laugh out loud or be pissed off. Are they serious?

In case you've been living under a rock I'll be brief (initially). The new drum to beat is that the Pentagon and by extension Pres Bush knew about the very real threat of Improvised Explosive Devices and sent the troops into Iraq without the needed bomb-resistant vehicles to protect them.

I watched Obama's acceptance speech last night and I have to say that I was impressed. I thought it was a great speech.

I can't take credit for this. I wish I could because the sentence is rich in meaning for all of us that live in a country dependent upon it's electorate to select it's leadership.

That's probably what some of you might say after reading this.

I have had an epiphany. Yes, another one. And this one is a whopper.

I was responding to the second fight call in less than 20 minutes, all of them for the most moronic of reasons, when it dawned on me. Now, I've had this consideration before in little bits and pieces but it apparently decided to all come flooding to me at once in a huge cohesive steaming pile of brilliance.
