It should be painfully obvious (and probably a little annoying) that I am perfectly capable of bitching about something at the drop of a hat. But, I don't want everybody to think that I'm some sad and grumpy douche-bag with no happiness gene floating in my somewhat cloudy gene pool.

I found something that honestly surprised me.

I have been without my Xbox for about a week now and I'm not sure I will make it.

My skin is starting to get some color back and I can remember my childrens names once again.

My wife realizes that I was not dead after all, she grieves anew.

I haven't shot anybody in the face or fragged anything lately, the withdrawals are brutal.

I have been watching the Home and Garden Channel with my wife. She calls it bonding.

I repeat myself a lot. Probably because I happen to find myself entertaining and love reading my own words. But, I like to think that it is also because I want people to remember certain concepts. One of those concepts is that the truth is more often than not somewhere in the middle of the opposed perspectives.

Simple really. And, if you seriously think about it, all of the problems we bitch about wanting change for can all be made at least less of an issue if we were more intelligent.

Remember, intelligent and smart are two different things.

It should come as no surprise to the few who have read my entries that I am a conservative. Not a "right-wing" conservative, more like a Reagan Democrat with a side-arm.

I do believe that the business of America is Business, just not at the total expense of the working class. It's a fine line to walk but the only one that I'm comfortable with. In the end when I'm chosing a Presidential Candidate to cast my vote for I'm looking at one major issue.

"How is this person going to effect the Constitution's health and vitality in the long run?"
