Morning 2O2P land...Well two more days and I'm heading to Cork to see those great Amearican icons Bruce Springsteen and the East Street Band. Meeting up with an old friend over from the States for the event, and spending 2 nights in a four star hotel. Wouldn't call myself a great fan of the dude, but it shoud be a great show and I know enough of his work to be able to sing along with his hits, his band are great and I know both Bruce and the band throw a lot of energy into the show so looking forward to it.
I have nothing exciting going on this week..nothing good anyway! Both cats have to go to the vet for annual check up/shots. Thats always fun. And my moms neighbors are back. She is in a perpetual feud with the family of dickheads in the condo next door. So I expect calls in the middle of the night, with her in hysterics.
My weekend wasn't quite as successful, but not too shabby. No races Fri/Sat. Sunday finished 4th in Star Mazda (iRacing), 3rd in Porsche Mobil1 Supercup (rFactor PCC2007 mod) and a pair of 5th in Historic Touring Car (rFactor Historix mod).
Oh, I placed 4th @ Camino Extreme, 3rd @ Nurb Ring, 3rd @ LeMans, in the races this weekend, but that was enough to put me on top for the end of the series. And my partner/team mate Stewie placed 2nd, so One/Two podium for LMAO Racing! I was sitting third going in and had it in my head to just survive and I'd do well. So, against my natural tendencies I ran a little conservative.

That has won me more points series than I can count. At Oswego on Saturday the second place points holder for big block super modified was charging hard. Open wheel car, a little contact and into the wall he went. With 1 race in the series left, he won't make up the points for a top 3 place.
We can be a stubborn bunch. It'll take more than that to kill this thread.
Indeed...I have personally tried to kill this thread on more than one occasion.
@Oldschool: I was booking a flight for my boss to fly to the Olympics way back when and the lady on the phone told me that they would need passports to travel. When I informed her that they were going to New Mexico she said "New Mexico, Old Mexico...what's the difference?"

I'm gonna say congrats to you race guys, even though I have no idea what you're talking about! :D
lol@ E...you're not a thread killer!
I watched a movie about early 20th century Parisian prostitutes today. *random storytime*
Thanks for that now I'm horny and the missus is asleep. Ah well just a normal night for me then. Shame there isn't anything I can do by myself, oh wait.....
Ever had one of those days when your supposed to know what's happening even though you weren't told anything about it. I love married life sometimes.
Isn't that everyday?
You was told Fitzy umptenn times!
At last someone who knows how it feels.
It's the same every day wether at work or at home, so I just roll with it and act like I never know whats going on because it's true. I figure other people know what's going on so why should I? Just like if everyone else has a watch why do I need one?

Same here, with a twist. Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my son. Found my wife had one too...they asked if I wanted to pick that up. Found out after I said yes it was eyedrops with a $70 co-pay that her eye doctor said would just cost a little bit! Wasn't happy I wasn't brought up to speed on this, because that damn eye appointment already cost us 450 before that.
On a semi related note: I'm reconsidering what eye doctor I'll go to when the time comes. This one did well at adding extra costs...almost thought my wife went to a shady mechanic there.

July 17, 2013 – the date ESPN comments are ported to Facebook. This saddens Parcells cause the trolls on the ESPN comment boards are some of the best comedians around and if ESPN goes through with it (they have not as of yet) Parcells and all the trolls will be very upset and disappointed because most of us will never get a facebook Account because that’s just stupid. In fact I never post but will miss those guys dearly (wipes tear away)

So ESPN is suppoesed to NOT port over to Facebook because of someone who NEVER post on their existing boards...

Yay.
Parcells has three weddings to attend this week but none of them are mine so no worries!
Oldschool won the SuperGT series Saturday night!
And is off all week with little to no established plans so far...
And near as I can tell, mines not falling out, just starting to grey a little. Not bad for 50.
Woot! Awesome. Congrats!
