Well yesterday he broke his arm, on a skateboard... Big surprise there right.? He walked home 4 houses down to tell us. Went to the ER and had it braced. Both bones in the forearm broken. Clean breaks and no wrist damage, though while being doped up for pain on 2mg of Morphine. While they were setting it he complained about being hungry. Not about being in pain... While I feel for him, I found it really hard not to laugh... Tough little kids that he is...

But then why do I have to fight it at all? Because the Ex wants to throw her weight around.. Be my guest, you'll only dig yourself deeper you greedy ass bitch...

The Ex wants to claim one of the kids on her tax return, well according to the divorce decree, I'm their Conservator. According to Federal Law, they're my deductions for supporting them for the year, she left after 7 months (well kicked out really). But she wants to dance then let's dance. Just remember, in the end I'll be the one who wins. And you'll still have a sore asshole....

Last night I went to Wal-Mart and bought my son's bike for Christmas. I had already bought my daughter's, it's been sitting in the shed for a couple weeks. When I had to pull out the Christmas tree and some old toys, I almost got caught. I had to make up a story about how Santa's Warehouse burned down and he had to ask parents across the world to store stuff for him. I told my daughter I was holding toys for kids in Argentina, hahahahaha. Let's just say it's been a fun week.

So it's coming soon, I have the final draft in my hands, and simply need to pay the lawyer and set a court date. God I'm so pissed off right now, I try to be nice and give her a heads up about an important part of the decree, only to get it thrown back in my face like you owe me then you get what you want. Got news for you, the state tells you what is and isn't gonna happen. The Judge gets a little pissy and vindictive when you tell him no especially when it comes to the kids...

You know, planning with your loved one about your future can be a many splendored thing. Fairy and I were talking about the distant future. Making varied comments about people whom have a tendency to take things way too far when it comes to things. Like the people whom get married on line with WoW or Everquest. For the die hard Cubs fan who can be buried in a replica of the Wrigley Field center field back wall. People whom do Cos-play can fall into that, but I'll leave them alone.
