I'm of course referring to the San Francisco Zoo incident resulting in the death of one and the serious maulling of two others. Like many, my first thought was "What the Fuck?" Then, as Paul Harvey says, "The rest of the story" started to trickle out.

I love Monster Movies. When I say monster movie, I don't mean the slasher movies of the 80's and on through Hostel and SAW. I mean MONSTER movies, the classic Godzilla meets Mothra meets Rodan type of Monster movies.

I watched them all the time as a kid and really enjoyed them.

If you've been waitin in anticipation to see this movie and don't have a clue what it's about, read no further. While I won't get into a lot of plot detail, I will still describe enough of the movie that it may rui it for you....

Frontline:

Overall, not impressed.

The game play and graphics are decidedly oldschool. Nothing new. If the story is a good one and the levels well organized then it might prove itself, otherwise, I don't think this will be a "must have" title for me.

My hairline is receeding. Not a lot but I can see the inevitable and accept reality. I won't be getting implants, weaves, rugs, rogaine, comb-overs. I have a pair of clippers and I know how to use them.

With the hair that I have (still a considerable amount) I can see a lot more gray sneaking in. Again, not a big deal. Won't be coloring it, it kind of looks good actually (a situation that sickens my wife).

My disc of Halo 3 is cracked (mailed it for replacement the other day). However, considering what Halo has meant to me for the past year or so I downloaded them anyway and went and rented a copy to try them out. They are nice maps. Foundry should be fun to goof off in, Rat's Nest should be a nice racing map. But Stand-Off? Gorgeous is the only word that fits. It really is a great looking map, possibly too good.
