I read a thread last week comparing connection speeds; holy crap there were some fast ones.  My question is this, for gaming how much do you really need?  I can see the advantage in games like rainbow six where you can host a room, but in the Halo/COD lobby system where the game chooses the best host does it matter that much?

As I get older (no comments please) I'm beginning to read food labels and pay more attention to what I eat.  Still not as much as I should, but a little bit here and there.  It is amazing how bad 90% of the food out there is.  Maybe bad isn't right, but its definitely NOT good.  The sodium levels is off the charts on most food, and the saturated fat is close behind.

Due to a number of circumstances, including COD4, I haven't played halo 3 since the end of January. Last night I saw it on the shelf and decided to spend the night playing that instead of COD. I used to think this game was the shizzle, now I'm unsure.

I just love small town life. You know, the one where everyone knows you and your business. I've got to be pretty careful when I'm driving, you never know when that person you flip off is a board member, a boss, a relative by marraige or what. If you live in a small town you probably look forward to the weekly paper too. Not because of the hard hitting journalism and insightful articles...but for the police blotter of course.

So, I finally got internet back 2 weeks ago or so allowing me to blow through the last 15 ranks or so in COD4.  When I first got the game I intended to stop at 55 and be content there.  I didn't want to raise peoples expectations when they saw a prestige, low expectations are good, ask my wife.
